Employee Salary & Benefits

Salaries of Employees
The salaries of the full-time union employees are negotiated and determined by collective bargaining agreements. The non-union employees consist of the Town Manager, department directors, two confidential executive assistants, a Tax Assessor, 2 event coordinators, and a number of part-time and seasonal employees. The salaries of non-union employees are periodically reviewed by the Town Manager and adjusted by the Town Council through the adoption of resolutions.

Most recent collective bargaining agreements are available in the quick links on this page.
