Notice is hereby given that the Narragansett Historic District Commission (NHDC) will hold a Public Hearing for the construction of an attached one-story addition to the north side and a second-story addition to the east side of the existing dwelling located at 82 Robinson Street. This property is located within the Central Street Historic District.
This property is identified as Assessor’s Plat ‘D’, Lot ‘107’ and currently supports a single-family dwelling on a 27,492 square foot lot in an R-10 Residential Zone.
This proposal may be revised by the NHDC as a result of further study or in response to information or testimony presented at public hearing.

This petition is on file in the Office of Community Development in the Town Hall and may be inspected by the public during regular office hours, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Department of Community Development at (401) 782-0632, forty eight (48) hours in advance of the hearing date.
