NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing by and before the Zoning Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett is scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, to consider and act upon the following applications:
Appeal: McCarthy, Plat Z, Lot 2, 170 Gibson Avenue, of a Notice of Violation of the Town’s zoning ordinances issued by the Zoning Official.
Robbins, Plat N-S, Lot 251, 163 Col. John Gardner Road, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit for Homes Exceeding Four Bedrooms (Section 12.23), to legalize three unpermitted bedrooms at the above referenced property.

Terek, Plat R-2, Lot 318, 26 Starfish Drive, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit and Variance from the Coastal Resources Overlay District (Section 4.4), to demolish the existing dwelling and other associated improvements and construct a three-bedroom dwelling with a covered rear yard porch, a left side yard deck, and a rear yard shed at the above referenced property.
Pelosi, Plat W, Lot 155, 24 Tern Road, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to maintain the “as-built” dimensional nonconformities in the building and site coverages at the above referenced property.
