COVID-19 Policies for 2020
Based on existing COVID-19 restrictions and conditions, Narragansett Town Beach staff will work daily in an attempt to provide the safest beach conditions possible to all of our residents/taxpayers and visitors. We expect that on many days there may be times that restrictions due to social distancing space restraints on our beach will force us to limit access to our lots or admission sites. If and when social distancing restrictions ease as the summer progresses we will increase our attendance numbers.
We ask our beach patrons to please do your part and stay six (6) feet apart
We ask our beach patrons to wear personal face coverings when in all pavilions, rest rooms, concession areas and walking among others.
We ask our beach patrons to wear face coverings when approaching and or talking to beach staff.
We ask our beach patrons for their safety and the safety of our lifeguards to not sit within 15’ of lifeguard chairs this season.
We ask our beach patrons to be patient and work with us to together for the betterment of our beach community. We are working to provide a clean, safe and enjoyable beach experience for all beach patrons under very challenging conditions this summer. It is our pleasure to work with you to obtain these goals.
Due to anticipated and possible beach operational restrictions for the 2020 season, purchase of a seasonal parking pass and or seasonal admission pass does not guarantee a parking space or admission on any given beach day.
