Narragansett Town Beach Ranks No.14 on Yankee Magazine’s List of the 25 Best Beach Towns in New England!
Narragansett Town Beach is a classic New England Saltwater Coastal Beach front that offers some of the best, cleanest and accessible beach conditions for the residents and tourist in New England with attendance up to 10,000 patrons per day. Located in the center of town, the beach offers ample parking in the North, South, West and Cabana parking areas along with food, restrooms, first-aid office, surfing area and a beautiful sandy beachfront. The total beach acreage is approximately 19 acres.
Admission
The sales office will be open starting Saturday May 4, 2013 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm seven days a week. Starting Monday July 29 through Labor Day the sales office will be open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The office now accepts credit and debit cards.
Daily Admission
The town beach is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Daily admission is $6.00 per person per day and is not transferable. Children 11 and under are free.
Seasonal Passes
New this year seasonal passes are in the form of a Photo ID
Every person purchasing a season beach pass will have to have their picture taken. Seasonal beach paseses are available to both residents and non-residents and can be purchased at the sales office located at the South Pavilion starting Saturday, May 4, 2013 seven days a week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This pass is good for the entire season and can be used by anyone of any age.

$100.00 per pass per season for Motels and Hotels that pay a State of RI Motel/Hotel tax
Parking
Daily parking at the Town Beach is available for both residents and non-residents. Parking fees for 2013 are $10.00 per vehicle Monday through Friday and $15.00 per vehicle on weekends and holidays. Beach parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Seasonal parking passes for the Town beach are available to Narragansett residents/taxpayers only please view our policy page for qualifications (seasonal passes are not available to non-residents). Seasonal parking passes for 2013 are $50 per sticker with a photo ID required and confirmation of residency and or taxpayer as per the beach policies at the time of purchase. These passes will be available for purchase beginning Monday, May 4th, 2013 at the Sales Office located in the South Pavilion. As a reminder, Seasonal parking passes are not transferable.
