What to expect:
* Exercises scaled for everyone’s ability
* Fun group setting
* New and exciting workouts
* Led by CrossFit Level One Trainer
Each class will have a 5-15 minute warm up consisting of cardiovascular exercises such as running and jumping and will also contain a dynamic stretching routine.
Then a workout usually comprised of stations or a timed workout that will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
Each class approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
